Shipping And Refunds
I offer a refund or replacement of any item received in defective or damaged condition, or missing items, within 30 days from date of purchase. In the event you are missing an item from your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or via the contact page here.
I am not a major corporation, and Canadian shipping is just so expensive. I ensure pieces are packed carefully as ceramics can not be insured against breakage. I source Eco-friendly, reused, or recyclable packaging where possible.
If you purchase multiple items, shipping WILL BE less expensive - but you will have to allow me time to calculate and refund the difference once I package and ship the item. I want to ensure that the buyer will pay the shipping costs fairly, as I know it's expensive but need to package work safely and securely.
Canadian Buyers: you will receive a tracking number wherever possible on the packages.
Rest of World: Shipping may be a lot more expensive with tracking. If you want tracking please contact me and I will get back to you with the cost of tracking.
