Refund policy
Any item that is broken in shipping will be refunded or replaced. If this occurs, please email me with a photo of the broken item and the box. Replacement is unfortunately only available to items that are made as multiples.
If items do not arrive within the expected timeline, a investigation will be opened with the postage service used. If they are deemed lost in the mail, the customer will receive a refund.
All items are final sale, unless there is a defect or flaw in the piece that was not noticed during my quality inspection. Such defects should be noted on arrival of the piece, and generally will not be accepted as a return if noticed past 30 days of receiving the item. If you're unsure, please email me!
