I love this weird dog. I want him tattooed on me. This is a "Doggy Dog Eat Dog World" piece, featuring a dog with four human feet eating an hot dog on top of it. Some people refer to human toes as "dogs" - and it was an inside joke that I may have taken a bit too far.
